Sacramento Kings vs Milwaukee Bucks betting tips and predictions for Monday’s NBA game at Golden 1 Center. Sacramento aims to win a 4th straight game as they host the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2nd and final meeting this season. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips.
Who would have thought that the most stable team mid-March would be the Sacramento Kings? Well, here we are. The Kings are 2nd in the West standings and although the number 1 seed is seemingly out of reach, their fans will be very happy with how things have played out this season.
They just celebrated a massive road win at Phoenix, making sure the Suns don’t get any ideas of catching them in the standings. De’Aaron Fox has been one of the top 3 point guards in the league this season, he is the NBA’s best player by far in clutch situations. Domantas Sabonis has also been dominant on the boards, the Kings just look like a team without many flaws right now.
Milwaukee’s biggest flaw here would be the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak didn’t play in their last game at Golden State and as a result the Bucks fell in OT for only their 2nd defeat in the last 20 games. The loss also ended a 9-game road win streak, but having beaten the Kings in 10 straight there’s a good chance they can start a new one tonight. In the last 7 meetings they’ve gone 5-2 ATS, while against Western Conference opponents they have 10 wins in 11 games.
Although the number 1 seed still hasn’t been wrapped up, the Bucks are in pole position with a 1.5 game advantage over the Boston Celtics. After tonight’s game they head to Phoenix to close out a mini 3-game road trip.
It all depends on Giannis and whether or not he plays here. Being this late in the season, the Bucks might actually decide to rest him here as their whole season would be in jeopardy if he re-injured his wrist. I’ll stick with the consistent Kings here, so let’s back them to cover.
Sacramento Kings vs Milwaukee Bucks Predictions & Odds
These two teams played once already this season with a final score of 126-113 in favor of the Bucks. That’s been the general trend in head-to-head meetings lately with an average of 247.4 points per game scored in the last 10 games. That makes this encounter one of the highest scoring duels in the NBA, I see no reason why those trends don’t continue tonight. The Kings are 21-12-1 on the O/U this season at home, that bet has cashed in 11 of their last 15 games overall and in 11 straight vs the Bucks at the Golden 1 Center.
Milwaukee has also gone over in 4 of their last 6 games, including their last game despite not having Antetokounmpo. Both teams are loaded heavily scoring wise, they play the 9th and 12th fastest pace in the NBA and with the Kings having the best offensive efficiency in the NBA I think backing the over is a given when these two teams play. Lay the points.
