Memphis Grizzlies vs Sacramento Kings betting tips and predictions for Tuesday’s NBA game at FedEx Forum. The Kings look to win their 7th game in a row as they travel to Memphis to take on the injury riddled Grizzlies. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips.

Memphis Grizzlies

Memphis GrizzliesWith 6 wins in 7 home games, Memphis is one of the more dominant home teams in the NBA, however similarly to the Philadelphia 76ers out East, they too have been hit hard by the injury bug. Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, Ziaire Williams and Danny Green are all out for tonight’s game which is a massive hit to their depth. Jaren Jackson Jr. is scheduled to return after a minor foot issue, but he alone cannot carry this team like a Ja Morant can.

The Grizzlies have enjoyed a really solid run of 8 wins in their last 9 home games. Against the Kings they are 16-4 SU over the last 20 meetings, and they’ve also covered the spread 11 times in 13 games vs Pacific Division teams. Those numbers won’t mean much though, with Morant out this becomes a .500 team at best. They are 0-3 in games Morant has missed, losing to Brooklyn, Washington and Utah.

Sacramento Kings

Sacramento KingsUsing the words “red-hot” and “Sacramento Kings” in the same sentence is not something you see every day, but here we are. The Kings are on a roll, they own the longest win streak in the NBA right now and have a really solid opportunity to push that record to 7 in a row against the Grizzlies. De’Aaron Fox was just named Player of the Week by the NBA for averaging 25 points, 3.7 rebounds and 8 assists on 60% shooting this past week, he has been playing like an All-Star this season and if he keeps it up, Kings fans can dream of making the postseason for the first time since 2006. It’s not only him though, Domantas Sabonis is also putting up big numbers and the trade for him last season looks to be paying off. Sacramento has covered the spread 6 times in their last 7 games.

Despite all the negative records in head-to-head meetings, I think it’s time the Kings finally beat these Grizzlies. Despite all those players being out, they are still underdogs here, which I don’t understand to be honest. I’m taking he road team with confidence here.

Memphis Grizzlies vs Sacramento Kings Predictions & Odds

At 232.5 points, the projected total has been set relatively high here considering the Grizzlies have over 50 points per game worth of players out with injuries right now. The first meeting of the season did have 235 points, but that was a way different game than what I’m expecting tonight. Memphis ranks only 15th in pace of play when playing at FedEx Forum, I don’t think they can afford to run with the Kings here as they simply don’t have enough offensive options to keep up.

The two teams are averaging 230.5 points per game over the last 10 meetings, however Memphis has 120 of those, so if we want to reach the number from the first game the Kings would have to really be on fire here. With them going just 3-3 on the O/U on the road this season, I think backing the under is a solid bet here.
