Atlanta Hawks
Title contender and Atlanta Hawks doesn’t go hand in hand at this point in time, but Atlanta has showed a lot of potential this season. At 14-13 they lead their division ahead of the Heat and Wizards, which is an achievement in itself. Last night they beat the Chicago Bulls in dramatic fashion as A.J. Griffin hit a 6-foot shot at the buzzer to give Atlanta a 1-point win.
So, tonight’s game will be a 2nd night of a back-to-back, which means the Hawks could find it difficult to keep this game close. They do have a solid head-to-head record against the Grizzlies, having beaten them both times last season. In games played at FedEx Forum they are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 visits. They’ll once again be without Dejounte Murray though, as he continues to rehab his ankle injury.
