Helping that improve on that poor record could be Malcolm Brogdon who is set to return to the line-up tonight after missing the game against the Kings with an illness. Denver Nuggets
We finally found out the consequences of Nikola Jokic’s altercation with Markieff Morris on Monday night. The MVP has been suspended for a game and now his team must find a way to compensate for his 25.4 points per game. It’s already been a tough season for Denver offensively even with Jokic playing, their three-point shot has been off and only four other teams average less points per game than they do this season. That’s really not surprising considering they are already without Jamal Murray and a few other noticeable scorers. Bettors haven’t been all that satisfied lately with them as the Nuggets have covered the spread just 4 times in their last 14 games.
The Pacers have been on the raise and I expect their form to only go up from here. The trio of Domantas Sabonis, Caris LeVert and Myles Turner is playing well together and Indy’s recent form gives me enough confidence to back them to cover here as well.
