Chicago Bulls vs Golden State Warriors betting tips and predictions for Friday’s NBA game on ESPN. Following a 26-point loss at home, the Chicago Bulls look to bounce back as they welcome the struggling Golden State Warriors to town. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips.

Chicago Bulls

Chicago BullsIt’s all going to be about effort for the Chicago Bulls in tonight’s game as they look to recover from a huge home loss against the Brooklyn Nets. It was their 2nd defeat in 3 games following a 9-game win streak, but optimism is still high in the Bulls camp as they find themselves top of the East following Brooklyn’s loss to Oklahoma City last night.

Both DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine will have to step up their game tonight, they were -24 and -19 on the +/- in the game vs Brooklyn, something like that cannot happen vs a Golden State team that’s beaten them in 9 of the last 10 meetings. The Bulls have covered just twice in their last 7 overall, but at home they’ve been very consistent with 9 wins in 10 games. However, when playing Golden State at home they are only 1-6 SU in their last 7 games.

Golden State Warriors

Golden State WarriorsImplementing Klay Thompson into the line-up hasn’t been an easy transition for the Warriors so far. They’ve dropped 4 of their last 5 games and have covered just once in their last 6 overall. Draymond Green has missed the last couple of games, we won’t see him play tonight either as he recovers from a calf injury. Stephen Curry had just 12 points last night at Milwaukee as the Dubs were trailing by as much as 39 at half-time. It’s been an usual stretch for Steph who is struggling shooting the ball, something very uncharacteristic from him. It’s only a matter of time when he bounces back though and tonight’s game is a perfect opportunity for that to happen. The Warriors are on a 9-game win streak vs Chicago in head-to-head games, plus they’ve covered in 6 of 7 against them.

Losing to Brooklyn was a tough one, but I’m going to have to side with the Bulls in this one as they are playing at home and are in much better shape than the Warriors are without Draymond. They’ve covered in 5 of their last 7 games played on a Friday, I expect that to improve tonight. Back the home team.

Chicago Bulls -3.5 Point Spread is available at -110 odds on bet365

All of a sudden scoring has become a big issue for the Golden State Warriors. In their last 4 of 5 games they’ve scored under 100 points, which is a rarity for them. I’m expecting this to change tonight, purely because of the style of play these 2 teams got going. They both like to play small ball and with Draymond Green out, Golden State will have to speed things up if they want to stay in the game vs the fast paced Bulls. In the last 10 meetings these 2 have averaged 225.6 points per game and in the 3 most recent games that number is at 229 per game. The over has cashed 4 times in the last 6 Bulls games vs Western Conference teams and at home they’ve gone over 10 times in the 19 games they’ve played there. In their last 4 games Chicago has scored 130 or more twice, so I’m expecting an offensive onslaught from them in this one. The Warriors have the tools to respond, so it should be a fun game to watch. Back the points.
