Brooklyn Nets vs Chicago Bulls betting tips and predictions for Tuesday’s NBA Game on TNT. The Bulls are hoping to avoid a 3rd straight loss as they hit the road and take on the Brooklyn Nets. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips.

Brooklyn Nets

Brooklyn NetsThe 4-game losing streak is finally over as the Brooklyn Nets defeated the Indiana Pacers 116-109 last night. After getting poked in the eye early in the game, Kevin Durant returned and led the charge with 36 points, while Kyrie Irving chipped in 28 for the Nets who were without Ben Simmons as he sat out the game due to load management. He is listed as day-to-day for tonight’s game, but according to the latest reports he should play tonight.

The Nets have had their fair share of issues building chemistry early on in the season, but as the season progresses they are hoping he can regain some of his All-Star form that he had when he was a member of the Philadelphia 76ers. Tonight’s game is a good opportunity to start showing some of that, the Nets face a Bulls team they’ve beaten 7 times in the last 9 meetings at Barclays Center. However, bettors have to be aware that Brooklyn is just 1-6 ATS in 7 games so far this season.

Chicago Bulls

Chicago BullsThe Bulls are also having a sub-par start to their season with a 3-4 record after 7 games played. The absence of starting point-guard Lonzo Ball has disrupted all of their plans, they’ve now lost the last 2 games against San Antonio and Philadelphia. They could be short on a few more players for tonight’s game as Zach LaVine, Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu are all listed as day-to-day while Andre Drummond is already ruled out. Winning against Eastern Conference teams has been challenging to say the least – Chicago is only 4-11 SU in their last 15 such games. Against the Nets they have just 4 wins in 16 meetings, so DeMar DeRozan and co. have their work cut out for them tonight. The veteran forward is carrying the load offensively scoring almost 26 points per game and shooting 53% from the field, but without proper help the Bulls will continue to fall short.

Last night’s win over Indiana was a confidence booster for the Nets, but it all depends whether or not Ben Simmons plays tonight. His presence has impacted the team in a negative way so far, if he suits up then the Nets could be in trouble once again. Chicago has a 9-3 ATS record in their last 12 games played on a Tuesday, I’m picking them as road underdogs to cover here.

Brooklyn Nets vs Chicago Bulls Predictions & Odds

The projected total has been set at a relatively high 233 points here, I must admit I am a bit surprised by that number considering the under has cashed in 6 of the last 10 meetings between these teams. An average of 224.8 points per game were scored by the two teams during that stretch, while the 3 most recent games have gone 2-1 in favor of the under. Neither team has excelled shooting the ball in those 3 games, the Nets are connecting on just 47% shots from the field while Chicago is at 45%.

Unlike Brooklyn, the Bulls have done pretty decent on the defensive end so far this season ranking 13th in defensive rating and allowing an average of 113.1 points per game which is just around league average. With the likes of LaVine, White and Dosunmu all questionable here, I think Chicago will rely on defense a bit more in order to get the win. Brooklyn is also much better when they give their full effort on defense as we saw last night against Indiana when they held them to just 109 points. I think going under is the way for this game.
