Baltimore Ravens Stats & Form

As usual, the Baltimore Ravens are among the top teams in the NFL as they stand on the top of AFC North Division and second in the Eastern Conference with a 7-3 record.

Lately, they haven’t played their best football losing two of the last four games.

They are coming into the Browns game after a tough fought comeback 16-13 win over the Chicago Bears last week.

Starting quarterback Lamar Jackson missed the game because of an illness but Tyler Huntley took care of business. Huntley led a winning drive capped by Devonta Freeman’s 3-yard run with 22 seconds remaining for the Ravens win.

Huntley completed 26 of 36 passes for 219 yards in his first career start. The second-year pro who was undrafted out of Utah also threw an interception and got sacked six times in his fifth pro appearance.

Justin Tucker had a solid game kicking three field goals.

Baltimore Ravens News

Ravens’ coach John Harbaugh said that Lamar Jackson’s illness is not Covid-19 and he will be available for the game against Cleveland. The Ravens have played only one AFC North team this season, losing 41-17 at home to Cincinnati on Oct. 24. Five of their final seven games are within the division.

Cleveland Browns Stats & Form

Regardless of being on the bottom of AFC North, the Cleveland Browns are only one game under 50% and as 12 other teams are in a similar situation, Kevin Stefanski’s team is still in the play for a postseason spot.

Last week, tougher than expected, the Browns defeated the Detroit Lions 13-10 at home.

With the game, and maybe the season on the line, Nick Chubb stepped up for the Browns. Chubb caught a touchdown pass, rushed for 130 yards and helped run out the clock as the Browns held on to avoid a season-wrecking upset against the winless Lions.

Chubb returned to Cleveland’s lineup after a one-game absence due to health and safety protocols.

Cleveland Browns News

Kareem Hunt, one of the NFL’s best combo backs, returns after missing five games with a calf injury. Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah left the last game with an ankle injury and is questionable against the Ravens.

Baltimore Ravens vs Cleveland Browns Head-to-Head Stats

Since their move from Cleveland created the new Baltimore franchise, the Ravens are 33-11 against the Browns winning four of the last five.

When these two met in December, the Ravens were finally starting to return to form after the pandemic outbreak. They were outscored 22-13 in the fourth quarter but still won 47-42.

Baltimore Ravens vs Cleveland Browns Betting Odds

The Ravens are slight favorites to win this one with -183 odds while the Browns are at 146.

The total point margin is set at 47 with both ways at -111.

Betting Tip

The Ravens are 4-1 at home this season losing only to the Cincinnati Bengals. Lamar Jackson is expected to be back in the lineup and with his replacement Tyler Huntley showing what he is capable of last week, the ravens are too much to handle for the Browns. Cleveland is 2-3 on the road and despite the fact that this is the game of the season for them so far, they stand no chances against the Ravens.
