The defense was also impressive holding the Nuggets to under 44% shooting. The Knicks are now 4-4 in 8 road games and have an impressive 10-2 ATS record over their last 12 games vs Western Conference opponents. Winning against the Warriors has been a mystery though, that has only happened 3 times in the last 15 head-to-head, so everyone will have to be on their A-game tonight if the Knicks want to get the win here. Same goes for the Warriors who are 4-2 in favor of the under in their last 6 games, aside from Stephen Curry nobody else has excelled scoring the ball this season.
Klay Thompson is shooting in the mid-30s from the field, without him being a Splash bro to Curry the Warriors will find it hard to outscore teams. New York ranks only 18th in offensive efficiency, we’ve seen them score just 106 points on the road against Denver the other night. With the total going under in 2 of the 3 most recent meetings between the two teams, I think backing the under is the smart move in this one.
